Die Liebe zum kulinarischen Genuss hat mich dazu inspiriert, meine Gerichte aus russischer und deutscher Küche in diesem Buch zusammenzufassen und dann auch gleich zweisprachig. Da ich schon lange in Deutschland lebe, wurden meine russischen Gerichte leicht deutsch modifiziert wie z.B. der germanisierte Bortscht. Meine Rezepte sind in fünf Jahrzehnten erprobt und vielen Gästen aus vielen Ländern serviert worden.
