Die Autorin ist Archäologin, hat Alte Geschichte, Klassische Archäologie und Vor- und Frühgeschichte studiert. Sie ist Buchautorin und als Abteilungsleiterin in der Archäologischen Staatssammlung München tätig. Ihr liebstes Hobby ist: Marathonlaufen.
