About the author

Ursula Thierwächter wurde 1950 in Bern geboren und wuchs bei einer Pflegefamilie in Aarwangen BE auf. Dreissig Jahre lebte sie im Bernischen Seeland (Schweiz). 2001 wanderte die Autorin nach BC Kanada aus, wo sie auch heute noch mit Urs und ihren Tieren lebt.
