Petra Gisela Groeger, geb. 1961 in Frankfurt am Main, schreibt in ihrer Freizeit mörderische Geschichten. Wie sie selbst sagt, ist sie eine "Nacht-Schreiberin", was sich leider nicht so prima mit ihrem Vollzeitjob als Direktionsassistentin verträgt.
