About the author
Ute Mariacher, Mathematikerin und Wirtschaftswissenschaftlerin, arbeitet als Führungs- und Organisationsentwicklerin. Sie begleitet Unternehmen in Organisations-, Personal- und Führungsfragen. Zudem lehrt sie als externe Lektorin an österreichischen Fachhochschulen. Ihre ganzheitliche Betrachtung von Führung resultiert aus ihrer langjährigen Führungserfahrung sowie aus Ausbildungen in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Konflikte, Kooperation, systemische Organisationsentwicklung, systemisch konstruktivistisches Coaching, Team- und Organisationsaufstellungen.
