Ich hatte nie groß vor ein Buch zu schreiben. Die Idee kam sehr spontan. Allerdings hat es mir sehr viel geholfen meine Vergangenheit zu verarbeiten und war wie eine "Selbsttherapie". Es fiel mir nicht immer leicht die richtigen Worte zu finden. Aber ich hoffe, dass ich nicht nur mir, sondern auch ganz vielen anderen Betroffenen oder Angehörigen durch mein Buch helfen kann =)
