Give a quick stir to mix well and keep aside. Pour olive oil in a saucepan and splash in vinegar. Throw in celery seeds in addition to sugar and bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat right away and tip it over the salad ingredients. Toss gently to mix well and place a lid on top. Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to mature and serve at your next Potluck.
