Beschreibung:
Complete and unabridged. A freshman arrives at Oxford knowing nothing and is relieved of his money, his dignity and most of his illusions in his first term. Bradley wrote it under a pen name without ever having been an Oxford man — he had studied at Durham; it sold a hundred thousand copies and is the ancestor of every comic university novel since. Its 133 original illustrations have been carefully restored and coloured for this edition.
